Tender e-proc kota Balikpapan tahun 2010

Tender elektronik yang telah berlangsung di kota Balikpapan dengan sysytem full eproc kini menjadi tantangan dan harapan baru dikalangan pengusaha jasa konstruksi kota Balikpapan, dengan system full eproc, pengusaha tidak akan pernah bertemu dan  juga tidak lagi dibebani dengan biaya penebusan dokumen dan photocopy dokumen lelang, karena dengan system full eproc, pengusaha cukup melakukan scanning data-data perusahaan yang nantinya harus di upload melalui internet kedalam system server eproc balikpapan.
Satu hal yang menarik dalam system tender elektronik  pada tahun 2010 ini adalah digunakan sebuah software client dalam pengiriman dokumen peserta lelang. Keunggulan software client ini adalah file data yang dikirim akan terjaga kerahasiaannya karena akan dikompres secara otomatis dan diberikan pengaman sebuah password. Pengguna software client ini adalah penyedia jasa yang telah melalui proses verifikasi untuk  mendapatkan certifikat dan kunci publik dari pihak operator tender dalam hal ini sekretariat bagian pembangunan kota Balikpapan.Sedangkan Penyelenggara tender elektronik sendiri dilaksanakan oleh Satgas pemkot balikpapan.

The Joomla Core Team and Working Group members are volunteer developers, designers, administrators and managers who have worked together to take Joomla! to new heights in its relatively short life. Joomla! has some wonderfully talented people taking Open Source concepts to the forefront of industry standards. Joomla! Security Strike Team

The Joomla! Project has assembled a top-notch team of experts to form the new Joomla! Security Strike Team. This new team will solely focus on investigating and resolving security issues. Instead of working in relative secrecy, the JSST will have a strong public-facing presence at the Joomla! Security Center.
